Things in my spiritual NB that just make sense 🔮

I’ve been on a life-changing mind-body-soul journey that has completely changed my mental health. Keeping journals has been CRUCIAL for me, not only mentally but spiritually as well. Here’s just a ✨glimpse✨ into some of the things i added to my very first journal that i still look back on.

🔮 Affirmations- this one is great because it’s SO EASY TO DO. Find whichever ones work best for you and say them daily! You would be AMAZED at the effects it can have on your mind and spirit.

PRO TIP- Speak positively to your glass of water each morning. Smile at it, tell it how much you love and appreciate it. Thank it for giving your body nourishment. Now drink it- and your ingesting all the positive vibes you just gave the water 😋

🔮 Crystal collection- this takes up quite a few pages in my journal, but I love getting new crystals and doing research on them so I know the best way to care for them and use them.

🔮 Chakras- knowing your chakras and when you have an imbalance or blockage is imperative during a spiritual awakening. Meditation is one of the best ways to connect on a deeper level and understand what your mind, body and soul needs at the moment. You can also use crystals that associate with that chakra.

🔮 Laws of the Universe- Most people know about the law of attraction (goes hand-in-hand with manifestation) so here are other Universal Laws that are just as important if you’re adding them to your journal.
