This year, the event is hosted at CentralWorld in a theme park, a super bustling atmosphere.
The chefs at the event were celebrity chefs from MasterChef, Iron Chef, Top Chef and Hell's Kitchen.
Inside the event, there is space to sit and eat both Indoor and Outdoor, the casual atmosphere is suitable for coming to chill with friends.

1️⃣ Truffle Mac n "Cheese & Chuck Steak - Chef Bank. Chef is very cute. Very friendly. I would like to take a photo of the chef and pose as requested. The chef will receive the order. The chef is very cute.
Taste: Truffle-scented Macaroni Cheese. The soft line is good. The cheese is ruffled and fragrant, but the highlight is the soft, super delicious meat.

2️⃣ Black Ink Mushroom Pasta - Chef Quest Sherquest is the same as on the show. Since going to line up, I can't hear the chef's voice, it's as quiet as they say, but the chef's craft tastes magnificent as it looks on the show.
Taste: Good watery pasta, rich black ink and mushroom sauce, juicy, fragrant, beautiful dish arrangement, so beautiful that have to take pictures before eating. Can say that it is very good.

If you come to this event, you recommend bringing a friend too. You can try many menus because the leaves come alone. You can eat only 2 dishes and it's full. 😂

เผื่อใครกำลังหาข้อมูล “Heliconia Food Festival” ก่อนตัดสินใจไป เราขอสรุปทิปส์จากที่ไปเดินงานมาแบบใช้งานได้จริง (โดยเฉพาะคนที่อยากไปให้คุ้มและไม่พลาดเมนูดัง) 1) ไปวัน-เวลาไหนดี คนไม่แน่น จากบรรยากาศงานที่ CentralWorld (จัดช่วง 8–17 สิงหาคม 2025) ถ้าอยากเดินสบาย ๆ แนะนำไปวันธรรมดาช่วงบ่ายแก่ ๆ ถึงก่อนมื้อเย็นนิดนึง จะได้ทั้งถ่ายรูปธีมสวนสนุกแบบคนไม่บัง และต่อคิวร้านดังได้ไวกว่า พอหลังเลิกงานคนจะเริ่มเยอะ โดยเฉพาะบูธเชฟจากรายการดัง ๆ 2) วางแผน “กินเป็นเซ็ต” จะคุ้มกว่า งานนี้เมนูส่วนใหญ่เป็นจานเดี่ยวที่ปริมาณจริงจัง (เรากินคนเดียว 2 จานก็อิ่มมากแล้ว) ถ้าไปหลายคนแนะนำแบ่งกันแบบ 3–4 คนต่อ 5–6 เมนู จะได้ลองหลายบูธ เช่น จานพาสต้า 1 จาน + จานข้าว/เนื้อ 1 จาน + ของหวานหรือเครื่องดื่มอีก 1–2 อย่าง จะทำให้ไม่เลี่ยนและสนุกกว่า 3) จุดนั่งกิน Indoor/Outdoor เลือกตามสไตล์ ในงานมีที่นั่งทั้งโซน Indoor และ Outdoor ถ้าอยากนั่งยาว ๆ ชิล ๆ คุยกับเพื่อน แนะนำเริ่มจากหาที่นั่งก่อนแล้วค่อยแยกกันไปต่อคิวซื้อ (วิธีนี้ช่วยมากตอนคนเยอะ) ส่วนใครถือของหลายถุง พกทิชชู่เปียก/เจลล้างมือไปจะสะดวก 4) เมนูที่คนถามเยอะ + แนวรสชาติที่ควรรู้ - Truffle Mac n’ Cheese & Chuck Steak ราคา 180 บาท: โทนหอมมัน ชีสนัว ๆ กลิ่นทรัฟเฟิลชัด เนื้อสเต๊กหั่นชิ้นคือนุ่มและฉ่ำ เหมาะกับคนที่ชอบแนว comfort food - Black Ink Mushroom Pasta ราคา 220 บาท: เส้นหนึบ ซอสหมึกดำกับครีมเห็ดเข้มข้น หอมละมุน จัดจานสวย ถ่ายรูปขึ้นมาก เหมาะกับคนชอบพาสต้าแบบซอสแน่น ๆ 5) ทริกต่อคิวบูธเชฟดังให้ทัน บูธที่มีเชฟจาก MasterChef / Iron Chef / Top Chef / Hell’s Kitchen มักจะเป็นจุดฮอต แนะนำดูเมนูหน้าบูธและเตรียมเลือกไว้ก่อนถึงคิว เพื่อลดเวลาตัดสินใจ (และบางบูธเชฟรับออเดอร์เองด้วย จะได้สั่งไว ๆ) ถ้าอยากถ่ายรูปกับเชฟ ลองขอแบบสุภาพตอนช่วงที่คิวไม่อัดมาก จะมีโอกาสได้รูปมากกว่า 6) งบประมาณคร่าว ๆ และสิ่งที่ควรเตรียม ราคาที่เราเจออยู่ประมาณ 180–220 บาท/จาน ถ้าไป 2 คน ลองแบบอิ่มกำลังดีมักจบที่ราว 600–1,000 บาทแล้วแต่จำนวนเมนู แนะนำเตรียมน้ำดื่มส่วนตัว/กระเป๋าผ้า และเผื่อเวลาถ่ายรูปบรรยากาศธีมสวนสนุกกับป้ายงานด้วย โดยรวม Heliconia Food Festival 2025 เป็นงานที่เหมาะกับสายกินที่อยากลองฝีมือเชฟดังในบรรยากาศสนุก ๆ ใครไปแล้วอย่าลืมชวนเพื่อนไปแชร์เมนูกัน จะคุ้มและฟินกว่ามาก
