Ones your brownie is ready and cooled add the pistachio and knafeh mixture on the brownie and pop in the freezer for about 10 minutes
Ones the brownie is in the freezer start melting your chocolate of choice there really no measuring the chocolate if you want a thick layer or chocolate add for chocolate and if you like a thin layer or chocolate add less

If you're looking to elevate your brownie game, this Dubai brownies recipe combines traditional brownie batter with Middle Eastern flavors to create a distinctive and indulgent treat. The use of knafeh dough adds a wonderfully crispy layer that contrasts beautifully with the soft, fudgy brownie base. Knafeh, a popular Middle Eastern dessert known for its shredded phyllo pastry and rich texture, enhances both flavor and texture in this fusion dessert. Incorporating pistachio cream not only adds a nutty richness but also brings an authentic Middle Eastern touch to the brownies. Pistachios are revered in many desserts for their vibrant color and unique taste, making them a perfect complement to chocolate. Using store-bought pistachio cream simplifies the process, but for those seeking an extra homemade touch, you might consider blending ground pistachios with a bit of sugar and cream to create a fresh pistachio spread. The melting of milk and semisweet chocolate together ensures a balanced sweetness, which prevents the topping from overpowering the other ingredients. Chocolate layering is a flexible step—if you prefer a thicker topping, use more chocolate; for a lighter finish, use less. Chilling the brownies with the knafeh and pistachio layer before adding the melted chocolate helps set each layer distinctly, creating a visually appealing and texturally rich dessert. For added flair, an optional drizzle of pistachio cream over the hardened chocolate adds both decoration and an extra burst of pistachio flavor. These brownies are perfect for serving at gatherings, celebrations, or anytime you want a delicious twist on a classic dessert. Plus, this recipe is beginner-friendly, requiring minimal baking skills but delivering impressive results. For best results, use quality ingredients like a reliable brownie mix (such as Ghirardelli), fresh butter for the knafeh dough, and high-quality chocolate. Baking at 350°F (about 175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes ensures the brownies are cooked through but remain moist. Allowing the brownie base to cool completely before assembling the layers prevents melting and keeps your dessert tidy. This Dubai brownies recipe is a wonderful example of how cultural culinary elements can blend to create new and exciting desserts. Give it a try to experience a delightful fusion of textures and flavors that celebrate both classic chocolate indulgence and Middle Eastern dessert traditions.
