Jesus loves you & he died on the cross & rose from the dead so we can repent from all of our sins & put our faith in Jesus Christ the Son of God the Father. A sin is an act against God the Father, sins are acts against God the Father, and we all have did sins against him. Repenting means turning from your sins. Having faith means to put your full trust in Jesus. He is the way the truth and the life meaning he is the only way to heaven.
