Setting goals for myself

Setting goals are important. I’m focused on setting a few short term goals each month instead of a long term goal because the only long term goal I have is to be happy and healthy and those all start from small goals.

Sometimes life gets busy. I work 4 consecutive days in a row 10-11 hours shifts and when those three days off come around I’m focused on family and accomplishing small goals.
