🌿 Staying physically healthy is so important. My biggest tip is to get plenty of sleep to avoid sickness and improve your mental focus.
🪽 Just relax, everything will be okay. There are so many great yoga, stretching, deep breathing, and meditation guides online.
🧩 Taking breaks to do things you love can improve your performance on tasks and your overall well-being.
🤝 You’re not alone, so don’t be afraid to ask for help. Whether it’s for motivation on assignments or with your mental health, there is someone out there willing to help you out.
