We tried it so you don’t have to

Well, we tried it. But who am i kidding, many of you will still want to try it. But here goes anyway.

Sampled the Signature Tart and Mango. Settled with Sig. Tart because the mango was too sweet. Went with popping bubbles, cookie crumble, cookie dough (LOVEEEEE) and white choc sauce.

Total damage: $4.87

Conclusion: Would say it’s quite expensive because we really didn’t take alot. Just a little of each topping. Flavour wise similar to other yoghurt places

so I don’t really it was any special. I think Smooy is alot more bang for your buck.

Will we go back? Probably ✨Brand: ❌

... Read moreIf you're considering trying YO-CHI, here’s a little more insight from my experience. While the Signature Tart offered a nice balance without being overly sweet, the Mango flavor felt too sugary for my taste. The add-ons like popping bubbles and cookie dough definitely enhanced the texture and added fun bursts of flavor. However, even with only a modest amount of toppings, the cost added up quickly to almost $5, which felt a little pricey for a small treat. Comparing YO-CHI to other frozen yogurt places I frequent, like Smooy, I feel Smooy delivers greater value for the price with similarly pleasing flavors. YO-CHI has a unique vibe and some interesting combinations such as mixed berry compote and lychee popping pearls, which might appeal to those who like trying creative toppings. If you’re curious about specific toppings, the cookie crumble and cookie dough are a must-try for cookie lovers, while the popping bubbles add an enjoyable pop in each bite. Overall, YO-CHI’s experience is enjoyable, but unless you’re after a novelty pairing or unique toppings like mango compote and lychee pearls, it might not be the best bang for your buck compared to other spots. It’s worth a try if you’re nearby and craving a cute dessert adventure, but I’d recommend going in with the expectation of a small indulgence rather than a budget-friendly option.
