Starting early with waking up and getting ready at 7:00 AM sets a positive tone for the day. I find catching the school bus by 7:10 AM really helps me avoid the morning rush. Having breakfast around 7:30 AM fuels me up for a full day at school from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, which feels balanced with enough breaks in between. After school, I get home around 4:30 PM and enjoy a snack before settling into some chill time between 5:15 PM and 5:45 PM. This short break is crucial for me to refresh my mind before hitting the books for homework and study, which lasts until about 7:00 PM. Dinner at 7:00 PM is not just about nourishment but also a moment to unwind. I dedicate time after dinner to exercise or sports until 8:15 PM, which boosts my energy and mood. Then, from 8:15 PM to 9:00 PM, I switch to quieter activities like reading or hobbies with limited screen exposure to avoid overstimulation. Starting my night routine at 9:00 PM with a shower and preparing for the next day helps me relax and clear my mind. I end my day by 9:30 PM with some reading or relaxation without screens, ensuring I am ready to sleep by 10:00 PM. This routine has really improved my focus, health, and overall happiness during the weekdays. Having structure but also flexibility to enjoy free moments makes all the difference.
