背徳のマヌルトーストは、にんにくのパンチが効いているため、とても食欲をそそる一品です。私もよくお酒のおつまみとして作りますが、厚めの食パンを使うことで、食べ応えがあり満足感が得られます。クリームチーズと砂糖を混ぜたクリーミーかつほんのり甘い層と、溶かしバターににんにくを加えたガーリックバターの風味が相まって、まさにパン屋さんの味に負けないクオリティです。 また、トースターで焼く際、焦げやすい上面にはアルミホイルをかぶせて焼くのがおすすめです。わたしはノンフライヤーでじっくりと焼き上げており、外はカリッと、中はしっとりとした食感を楽しんでいます。にんにくバターの香りがたまらずついつい手が伸びてしまいます。 ポイントとしては、にんにくの量は少し調整してお好みの加減にするとよいでしょう。また、パセリや塩の加減も味のアクセントになるので、最後に少しずつ足しながら調整するのがおすすめです。晩酌の席ではもちろん、休日の朝食にもぴったりで、簡単に贅沢感を味わいたい時に重宝します。 さらに、ホワイトペッパーやブラックペッパーをほんの少し振りかけると、味に深みが増し、より本格派の味わいになります。私はYouTubeで晩酌動画を見ながらこのレシピを実践していますが、見た目もおしゃれでSNS映えも抜群。手軽な材料で作れるので、ぜひ一度試してみてください。
