FOR BAP CANDIDATES AND MEMBERS: In order to fulfill your tutoring requirements, you must do the following in order to fulfill your Tutoring Requirements:
1. Go to the Tutoring Scheduling Link on our Webcampus Organization Page and fill out your availability to complete your tutoring hours. If you show up to one of our tutoring sessions without filling out the form, your hours will not be confirmed.
2. You will receive an email notification an hour before reminding you that you will tutor from the stated date/time you registered for.
3. On the scheduled date/time of your tutoring session, click on the Tutoring Link and do your BAP Tutoring Hours.
Reminder that all students can tune in for help. BAP candidates and members are required to fulfill their 8 tutoring hours (for the school year) or 4 tutoring hours (for the semester).

The BAP Nu Sigma Chapter provides an important update regarding the Spring 2025 tutoring hours available to all members and candidates. The mandatory tutoring sessions are designed to help students succeed academically while also fulfilling their BAP requirements. The tutoring schedule includes dedicated slots throughout the week, specifically on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday during different times to accommodate various schedules. It's crucial for BAP members to register in advance through the Tutoring Scheduling Link available on the Webcampus Organization Page. This ensures your hours are confirmed, as attending without prior registration can result in unrecognized hours. To assist with preparation, an email notification will be sent one hour prior to your scheduled session, reminding you of the upcoming tutoring commitment. When the time comes, simply click on the provided link to join your tutoring session on Zoom. Remember, all students are welcomed to join for help, but BAP candidates and members should aim to complete either eight tutoring hours for the academic year or four tutoring hours for the semester to stay in compliance with BAP guidelines.
