Get to know me

Some people call me Barb, Bar, Barbs, Barby, Barbi, Barbie, Barbarita, and Que Barbara! 😆 I guess you can say I’m known by many names. Depending on how it’s pronounced, it has a different feel and pronunciation. I’m still me.

However, I’m a different version I used to be. I’ve learned hard lessons in life, some are happy and some were tough lessons. Ups and downs we refer to. As hard those lessons come in my #CuarentonaYBuenona phase, I’ve learned to embrace all lessons of life.

I’m overjoyed to share my insight and share with the younger crowd, that it’s ok to have these feelings of doubt and uncertainty. I’m always striving to put my best version out there for me. For anyone who’s been part of my journey, has seen me overcome obstacles. When people meet me and feel me, I want them to feel hope. A fresh breath of air to the mind, body and soul.

Heal your soul and your inner beauty will shine! Not everyone is for everyone. Find your tribe! 🩷💛🩷#hereforthejourney #barbierocker #latina #embracethejourney #healingvibes

Life has presented many challenges and triumphs, which have shaped me into who I am today. It's essential to recognize that everyone goes through their own struggles and joys, and sharing these experiences can foster a strong sense of community. Embracing authenticity is not just about personal growth; it's also about inspiring others to find their paths. As I embrace the #CuarentonaYBuenona phase, I encourage readers to reflect on their journeys, seek out supportive communities, and prioritize mental wellness. Healing begins when we acknowledge our feelings and experience the company of our 'tribe.' Let's continue to uplift each other in our shared journeys and celebrate our unique stories together. Remember, it’s okay to feel uncertain—what matters is how you navigate through it with hope and resiliency.
