It’s ok to spend a little extra on that coffee!

Being a mom is hard work! Let’s not glamorize it, while it is rewarding in the best way, it is literally the most exhausting job we will ever have!!

You should never feel guilty for needing an hour or two to yourself!

Remember you can’t pour from an empty cup!
