Bown’s cancer came back in 2022 and out of caution, I reached out to a dear friend of mine who is a photographer and asked for a favor. That was one of the best decisions I ever made. Now that Bown is gone, I’m so grateful that I have these precious pictures to look back at his infectious smile and the pure joy of this precious memory.
