Vitamins I’m taking
I know vitamins are very important for our bodies. I also know that I don’t daily eat enough fruits and veggies to get all the vitamins that I need. Although it may seem like I am focused on weight loss, the truth is the I’m working on over all health. Weight loss is a byproduct over that.
I am now 8 months postpartum. (Insane to think that our daughter is now 8 months as well!) When I was pregnant and for 4 months that I breast feed I was super good at taking my vitamins. When I stopped breastfeeding, I was honestly a little depressed and fell off of taking my vitamins all together. Now I’m back! My fiancé and I both got new vitamins as we are both on our own health journeys!

I honestly still take my prenatal my dr says I can and I had more than half a jar left. It’s been working for me I think!
