Haul Olipop & Celsius

I feel like a kid again, spending my extra money on fun drinks. While at Target I picked up some new Celsius flavors to try. They were on sale for 3 for $6! I also picked up two Olipop, which the girlies have been telling me to try! I’m very excited to try them out because I’ve really enjoyed Poppi so far! For the Olipop I picked out grape so I could compare it to Poppi’s grape flavor. I heard Ridge Rush is supposed to be similar to Mountain Dew. So I’m looking forward to trying that one!

Do you enjoy having a fun little drink? If so what brand or flavor is your favorite?

... Read moreYou know that feeling when you find new 'fun drinks' that might actually be good for you? That's exactly where I'm at after my latest Target run! Picking up Olipop and Celsius always feels like a little treat, but it's even better when you know you're making a slightly healthier choice. Let's talk about Olipop first. If you're like me and love the fizz of soda but not all the sugar, Olipop is a game-changer. They market themselves as a 'prebiotic soda,' which basically means they have ingredients that support your gut health. I grabbed the Classic Grape, especially to compare it to Poppi's grape – and spoiler, it holds its own! The Ridge Rush, which I've heard is a natural take on Mountain Dew, is next on my list. It's fascinating how these brands are innovating to create drinks that satisfy cravings while sneaking in some wellness benefits. Many people are looking for beverage brands that offer more than just empty calories, and Olipop definitely fits that bill by focusing on gut health with its unique blend of botanicals and prebiotics. Then there's Celsius. For those days you need a little pick-me-up without the jitters of traditional energy drinks, Celsius has become a go-to for many. They pack a punch with ingredients like green tea extract, ginger, and guarana, which are known for boosting metabolism and providing sustained energy. I'm really looking forward to trying the Fuji Apple Pear, Retro Vibe, and Watermelon flavors I picked up. It's about finding that balance – getting an energy boost without compromising on your healthy lifestyle too much. These healthy beverages offer a cleaner energy boost compared to many sugary alternatives, making them a popular choice for pre-workout or a mid-day slump. But beyond these specific brands, what really makes a beverage 'healthy'? For me, it comes down to a few key things. First, always check the sugar content. Added sugars can really sneak up on you. Look for natural sweeteners like stevia or erythritol if you need sweetness. Second, ingredients you can pronounce! Fewer artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives are always a plus. And finally, hydration is key. Sometimes the best 'healthy drink' is just good old water, maybe infused with some fruit or cucumber for a little zest. If you're exploring other 'better-for-you' beverage brands, there's a whole world out there! Kombucha is fantastic for gut health, though the taste can be an acquired one for some. Sparkling waters like LaCroix or Bubly offer flavor without calories or sugar. Even making your own iced teas or fruit-infused waters at home can be incredibly refreshing and healthy. It’s all about finding what you genuinely enjoy that also aligns with your wellness goals. What other brands are you loving right now that fit the 'healthy-ish' bill? Ultimately, enjoying a 'fun little drink' doesn't have to mean derailing your health journey. With brands like Olipop and Celsius, we have more options than ever to indulge a little while still feeling good about what we're putting into our bodies. Happy sipping!

Yes!! I love all of these, especially Celsius (they are so addicting). The Fuji Apple Pear tastes like apple juice to me.

I’m a Celsius fan, they have so many flavors so hard to choose one. Yesterday, I was overwhelmed with all the Redbull flavor. Finally, I was able to get the pink then I saw the latest grapefruit flavor. I might try it later 😅
