Baby “Go Bag”

Also know to me as the “oh shit bag”. The idea of this bag is to discreetly have everything you need in case your baby happens to have a blowout in public.

I personally am not always a huge fan of taking a diaper bag in addition to my purse when traveling alone with our daughter. I would much rather toss my wallet into her bag or her things into my purse.

In cases when I put all her baby things into my Coach bag I do like it to look a little nice. I like to use the bag Lemon8 sent us with our Lemo doll in it. It matches my purse fairly well and you’d be surprised how much you can stuff in it!

Here’s what I packed:

👗 A change of clothes: A pair of pants and a onesie. Make sure to check your bag as your child grows to make sure your change of clothes will be helpful when you need them!

🧻 A fresh pack of wipes: Doesn’t need to be brand new, but I would make sure it’s fairly full!

🧴Bum Cream: Better to be prepared and have it than to need it and not have it. We got a ton of samples when our daughter was born. They’re the perfect size to toss in your go bag!

🚮Trash bags: For a stinky diaper or for brining home soiled clothes.

In addition to our “go bag” I make sure to bring snacks along with us and her cup of the day!

Do you prepare a “go bag” for your baby or toddler?

Do you think I’m missing anything?
