Mission BBQ With Our 13 Month Old
Our family loves to treat ourselves with Mission BBQ. It’s even more fun now that our daughter is really getting to join in on the fun. Sweet girl did such a good job at clearing her plate and eating an array of foods!
I love now being able to share pretty close to whatever I’m eating with her.

Eating out with toddlers can be a joyful yet challenging experience. Mission BBQ, known for its delicious smoked meats and welcoming atmosphere, is a great spot for families. When dining out, consider ordering various sides that are toddler-friendly, like mac and cheese or sweet potatoes, to keep mealtime engaging for your child. Encourage your little one to explore different flavors and textures, making it a fun culinary adventure. It's essential to bring along some familiar snacks or toys to help keep them entertained while waiting for the meal. Additionally, involving your child in the dining experience can foster a love for trying new foods. Encourage them to share bites with you – this not only promotes bonding but also builds their confidence in tasting new dishes. Always prioritize safety by ensuring that any food offered is age-appropriate and easy to chew. Ultimately, dining out should be an enjoyable and memorable family activity, so don’t hesitate to embrace the messiness and fun that comes with eating out with toddlers!
