東京都港区新橋にある鮨処 一石三鳥の訪問体験をさらにご紹介します。温かみのある落ち着いた店内は、カウンター席が中心で、一つひとつ丁寧に握られる江戸前鮨を眺めながら味わえるのが魅力です。 秋の味覚を楽しめる一石三鳥コースでは、前菜の種類も豊富で、特に北海道産水蛸刺しや茄子焼き浸し、アメーラトマトなどが季節感を演出し、甘みのあるとうもろこしの冷製ポタージュは食欲をそそりました。握りは新鮮なヤイトハタや金目鯛など、脂が乗った炙りの金目鯛は個人的にもおすすめです。 また、マグロの赤身から中トロ、大トロまで部位ごとの味を比較できるのも嬉しく、中トロのほど良い脂のりは絶品でした。デザート感覚の玉（玉子焼き）も評判で、しじみの赤だしでしっかりと締めくくれました。 希少なアブラボウズの煮付けは甘めのタレと脂身の相性が抜群で、何度でも味わいたくなる一品。新橋での食事や接待、記念日に最適な洗練された空間で、本格的な江戸前寿司を存分に楽しめます。
