Sampling local delicacies like 'juju dhau' (king yogurt) in Bhaktapur was a delightful treat, giving a taste of authentic Nepalese cuisine. To truly appreciate Bhaktapur, it’s best to visit early morning when the light accentuates the intricate details of the temples and the square is less crowded. Engaging with locals also enriches the experience, offering insights into their daily lives and traditions.
