I try to work out 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, with a focus on glutes/legs.
I start everyday with a 5 minute walk on the treadmill at a speed of 3 with an incline of 1. I stretch the muscles that will be used for the day and end everyday with 20-30 minutes of cardio.

Establishing a consistent workout routine can significantly enhance your fitness journey. On Monday, kick off the week with a Full Leg + Core workout, focusing on deadlifts and squats. Tuesday is dedicated to a Push Day, targeting chest, triceps, and shoulders with exercises like shoulder presses and tricep extensions. Wednesday emphasizes glutes and hamstrings, incorporating movements like curtsy lunges and stiff leg deadlifts. As the week progresses, Thursday transitions to a Pull Day for biceps and back, rounded off with core workouts such as Russian twists. Finally, Friday features a blend of glutes and quads, with exercises including hip thrusts and leg extensions.
