You need that silky, glossy microfoam – not too many bubbles, not too watery. I found watching countless 'latte art mastery video course' snippets helped, focusing on how the pros hold the pitcher and wand. My tip? Start with whole milk; it's more forgiving. And don't overheat it – aim for around 140-150°F (60-65°C) to keep that sweetness and texture. Then comes the pour itself. This is where the magic (and a lot of mess) happens!
