This, or NO THANKS☕️BEST Coffee in LA

Maru Espresso Bar

Finally made it here — this time with my dad! He’s a pour-over purist (and strictly no iced coffee 😅). I wasn’t sure what to get him, but we came for the hot version of the cream top today, and wow…

☕ Breve White — the hot cream top, available only at the Espresso Bar. I had a sip and honestly, it’s even more layered than the iced version. The cream is chilled, contrasting perfectly with the warmth of the coffee. Absolutely magical.

🍶 Cream Top — no need to say much, it’s already one of LA’s most loved coffees.

🅿️ good to park at a nearby Beverly Hills parking garage

They have two other locations:

Maru Coffee - art district near dtla

Maru Coffee - Los Feliz

Have fun sipping :)

As someone who’s constantly on the hunt for the perfect cup, I can confidently say Maru delivers a truly exceptional experience that goes beyond just a caffeine fix. It’s not just a coffee shop; it’s an institution for quality and craft. My recent visit to the Maru Espresso Bar Beverly Hills location was particularly memorable. While the original article touched on the famous Breve White, I found myself captivated by the unique blend of tradition and innovation. The hot Breve White, with its perfectly chilled cream, creates a mesmerizing dance of temperatures and textures in every sip. It's a revelation, offering a more nuanced, layered experience compared to its iced counterpart, the classic Cream Top. Both are incredible, but if you're looking for something truly extraordinary and only available at their Espresso Bar, the hot Breve White is a game-changer. The precise balance of rich espresso and a velvety cream layer makes it clear why this drink has such a cult following. When you look at the Maru Breve on the menu, know you're in for a treat. Beyond these signature drinks, I've also peeked at the Maru Espresso Bar menu during my visits, and while I often gravitate to my favorites, they offer a thoughtfully curated selection. The menu boards, as seen in some snaps, showcase their commitment to quality, from pour-overs to other espresso-based drinks. You can even grab bags of their freshly roasted coffee beans to recreate a bit of that Maru magic at home. Parking in Beverly Hills can be a challenge, but as mentioned, there are good options at nearby parking garages, so don't let that deter you from experiencing this gem. The vibe inside is usually bustling, with friendly baristas expertly crafting each drink. You might even see a customer line, especially during peak hours, which is always a good sign of quality! For those who explore other areas of LA, Maru Coffee Los Feliz interior offers a distinctly different, yet equally appealing, atmosphere. I love the warm, inviting feel there, with its characteristic wooden shelving and carefully chosen decor creating a cozy, community-focused space. It’s the perfect spot to unwind or catch up with friends. The Art District location also has its own charm, usually buzzing with a creative energy. Each location, be it Beverly Hills, Los Feliz, or the Art District, has its unique personality, making each visit a fresh discovery. From the specific open hours displayed clearly outside to the meticulous attention to detail in every cup, Maru Espresso Bar consistently earns its glowing Maru Espresso Bar reviews. Whether you’re a purist like my dad who loves a good pour-over, or someone seeking the innovative delights of a Breve White, Maru offers a truly high-quality coffee experience that makes it one of LA’s absolute best. Don't just take my word for it – go sip for yourself!
