- My favorite coffee shop Kumquat, together with its sister shop Loquat, opened a new spot. The Loquat van was already cute, but this new place feels much bigger and more thought out.
- Inside is a large retail space focused on coffee and tea. Lots of brewing tools, plus a wide selection of beans and loose leaf teas. Everything looks carefully chosen. I spent about 40 minutes browsing with a friend.
I picked up two bags of beans—roast dates are very fresh. (You can zoom in on the photos to see the brands.)
☕️Next door is the café itself, menu on the last photo. They have the best latte art in LA. All matcha drinks are recommended.
