Progress > perfection. Part 2 soon. ❤️💀🥴
In my own creative projects, I've learned that striving for perfection can often become a barrier to actual progress. It’s liberating to shift the mindset towards making steady improvements instead of waiting to achieve an ideal outcome. This approach reduces the pressure, allowing more room for experimentation and learning from mistakes. For example, when working on art or crafting, I focus on completing each step rather than obsessing over flawless details. This keeps motivation high and builds momentum. Over time, these small steps accumulate into significant progress. This philosophy aligns perfectly with the idea behind “Progress > perfection,” reminding us that growth is a journey. It's also empowering to acknowledge imperfect work as a vital part of the process, which can fuel creativity and resilience. Looking forward to Part 2 of this series, I’m excited to see how embracing progress further can unlock new potential and inspire others. I encourage everyone to share their experiences on overcoming perfectionism and celebrating their unique creative paths.
