If you’re a Ventura local you know Main Street in Downtown Ventura has been car free for a while now.

There’s a couple businesses trying to put an end to the thriving walking community. I don’t think majority of us would be out in downtown Ventura like we are if the street wasn’t closed off 🤷‍♀️

But majority of everyone here wants to keep it closed. They see the boom! They have had more customers since closing the street than they did before.

Many store owners fight yearly to make sure the city hears that the street needs to remain closed and I 100% agree!
