State Parks I’d recommend

Fountainebleau State Park

I am going to Fountainebleau for spring break next week. The park looks beautiful based off of the pictures I’ve seen. It’s on the shore of Lake Pontchartrain in Mandeville you can camp or stay in a cabin.

Tickfaw State Park

Tickfaw is a beautiful wooded park we went a few summers ago and the park is lush and green with great amenities with campsites and cabins.

Airport Park State Park

Located in Waco Texas not too far from Magnolia (which I highly recommend going) Airport park is a very scenic park located right on Waco lake. The amenities are a tad more primitive than the other parks and I would not recommend going during the summer since temperatures can get in the triple digits
