Hey Lemon8 fam! So many of you have asked about what a real, unfiltered day in my life looks like, and I'm excited to finally share it. Forget those picture-perfect highlight reels; this is the nitty-gritty of my daily routine, from the moment I wake up until I hit the pillow. I believe a good routine isn't about being rigid, but about creating structure that supports your well-being. My mornings usually kick off around 6:30 AM. The first thing I do, before even checking my phone (though sometimes I sneak a peek!), is a quick stretch and a big glass of water. Then it's coffee time โ a non-negotiable! While my coffee brews, I like to jot down my main tasks for the day in a small notebook. This helps me feel organized and ready to tackle whatever comes next. After a quick breakfast, I often head out for a brisk walk. It's not just for exercise; it's my time to clear my head and enjoy some fresh air before the day truly begins. The afternoon is usually when things really pick up. This is when I focus on my main responsibilities, whether it's working on projects or running errands. I often find myself walking a lot during this time โ whether it's to the grocery store, for appointments, or just exploring my neighborhood. It's amazing how those steps add up! Sometimes, when Iโm out and about, I love capturing moments with my iPhone. Iโve been experimenting with different photo modes like Portrait and even trying to shoot some cinematic video clips for fun. It's not always smooth sailing though; there have been times my iPhone has actually needed to cool down after too much use, especially on a sunny day! Itโs a real #unfiltered moment when technology decides to take a break. As evening approaches, I start winding down. Dinner is usually a relaxed affair, often followed by some downtime like reading a book or catching up on a favorite show. I try to avoid heavy screen time right before bed, so I might listen to a podcast or do some light stretching. My night routine is all about preparing for the next day, both mentally and physically. This could involve laying out clothes, packing a lunch, or just reflecting on what went well and what I can improve. Having a flexible daily routine helps me manage my stress and ensures I'm making time for things that matter. It's not about being productive every single second, but about creating habits that lead to a fulfilling life. What does your unfiltered day look like? I'd love to hear about your daily activities too!
