Not every snack place had it in Amsterdam. Popular fries places probably will though. It may or may not be on the menu, but I was told if you ask for “war fries” they will know what you’re talking about!
Avoid asking this at the touristy areas. Those places offered other loaded fries, but it did not look good to me.
Have the ingredients to make it at home. Just have to make it now 🤤
