Detailed Steps:
Literally carne asada that I sliced into strips seasoned with salt and pepper fried with oil, drained excess liquid kept a little, keep frying till liquid is dissolved, Added Kung Pao Sauce a table spoon and a little extra if needed for saucey flavor let it brown just a little bit. Sliced some veggies of my choice I prefer these because they taste amazing with the carne
asada, I stirred in the veggies with a little bit more salt and pepper till soft, steamed some white rice for 20mins and this took about 1hr or less to make. I’m 37 weeks pregnant so it takes me longer to move because I’m about ready to pop. lol but this is a healthy delicious easy meal.
