ローゼルジャムって、見た目が本当に真っ赤で「ハロウィンっぽい！」ってなるんですよね。私も最初は「どこを食べるの？」状態だったんですが、ポイントは“赤い萼（がく）だけを使う”こと。緑の部分には種が入っていてジャムには基本使わないので、下処理でここをきれいに分けると仕上がりが一気にラクになります。 【失敗しにくいコツ：酸味ととろみ】 ローゼルはかなり酸味が強いので、レモン果汁は後入れ＆味見してからがおすすめ。私は「酸っぱさが好き」なので入れないことも多いです。甘さは“正味量の60〜80％”くらいで好みに寄せると食べやすいです。 とろみは煮詰め具合で決まるので、弱火でゆっくりが正解。焦げやすいから、鍋底をこまめにヘラでなでる感じで混ぜると安心でした。もし煮詰めすぎて固くなりそうなら、少しだけ水を足してのばしてOK。逆にゆるい時は、もう一度弱火で追加加熱するとまとまります。 【保存の目安＆瓶の扱い】 手作りジャムは清潔さが命。私は瓶を洗ってから熱湯を回しかけて乾かし、熱いうちに詰めてフタを閉めます（やけど注意）。保存は冷蔵で早めに食べ切るのが安心。配る場合は「作った日付」を書いて渡すと親切です。 【ジャム瓶が可愛くなる：無料ラベルテンプレートの使い方】 せっかくの真っ赤なローゼルジャム、瓶にラベルを貼ると一気に“お店っぽく”なります。無料の「ジャム ラベルテンプレート」を使うなら、①好きなデザインを選ぶ→②ラベル用紙（または普通紙＋透明テープ）に印刷→③品名（ローゼルジャム）、作成日、保存方法（要冷蔵など）を手書きで追記、が簡単でした。 紙は水でふやけやすいので、私は普通紙に印刷して上から透明テープで全面を覆う貼り方が好きです。ラベルを貼るだけでプレゼント感が出るし、ハロウィンの「TRICK or TREAT」っぽい文字を入れるのも相性抜群でした。 【おすすめの食べ方】 ヨーグルトはもちろん、少し伸ばしてドレッシングや、お肉のソース（甘酸っぱ系）にも合います。酸味が立つので、脂のある料理に合わせるとバランスが良くてお気に入りです。
