7) Feelings at work 🫣
We feel lucky. Frankly speaking, meeting with the elder in this shop is much better than the previous work we did. Everyone has a cute habit. Pee teaches well. Remind us of what we do wrong. Even if it's not about work, they are happy to consult. Really happy to work here for almost 2 years. Even though sometimes there are too many jokes, tease, but reconcile to talk to each other as before. The work that is done is a restaurant job, it is definitely tiring because people have to eat. 😓 will be very tiring when there is a promotion and the day that the staff has a lot of customers, but it is fun, challenging, exciting, must compete with time. Beautiful work, authenticity, really pressure. When doing, I get some wounds from the pan, some knives, normal story, hahahaha
8) Cause of leaving work 😭
We are tired. But really, we do not want to leave at all. But we just feel unfair about some things of the company, so discouraged. And the words from the people above who disparage the employees. We are not okay. Even though we do not get hit by the people in the store, it is like being dumped. Our money and working hours have been reduced from the company after rebranding, so we need to find a job that is not tired. Good environment, money and work are suitable. And it is time to vent. The shop is closed at 9: 00 pm. There was one time, Aria wanted to increase sales to open the order until 8: 30 pm, where the kitchen is exhausted. Stop at 10: 30 pm. We are not very okay because we have to take the bus back, do not want to use the grabs much. Save but ripe at the end, have to call because it is late at night. Even if the customer is a god for the owner, but the employee is the person who should pay attention too. If there is no work, then do not go. We know that can find new people. But the person who has worked well together all the time is important. But found like this, no one is okay. 🙊
About this time, there is something you can ask. We will try to answer as far as we know. Next time we have a light, we will review the booth that we have been doing during the restaurant work as well. There are two jobs, haha. Hot money, but everything is fun. การทำงานพาร์ทไทม์ครัวร้านอาหารอย่างซานตาเฟ่นั้น นอกจากรายได้และสิทธิประโยชน์ที่ได้รับแล้ว สิ่งที่ผมได้เรียนรู้และเจอระหว่างการทำงานก็ถือว่าเป็นประสบการณ์ที่มีค่าไม่น้อยเลยค่ะ การเตรียมตัวก่อนเข้าสู่แต่ละกะงานมีความสำคัญมาก เช่นการมาเตรียมวัตถุดิบและจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ตั้งแต่เช้า ซึ่งช่วยให้การทำงานในร้านเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น นอกจากนี้การรักษาความสะอาด ความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยในครัวและพื้นที่ทำงาน ช่วยให้จัดการโยกย้ายวัตถุดิบและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ได้ง่ายและมีประสิทธิภาพ เรื่องเวลาทำงานต้องมีความตรงต่อเวลาและความอดทนสูง โดยเฉพาะในช่วงโปรโมชั่นหรือเมื่อลูกค้าแน่นร้าน จะมีความกดดันและความเร่งรีบมาก ซึ่งช่วยฝึกฝนให้มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดีขึ้น ในส่วนงานครัวที่แบ่งเป็นหมวดพาสต้าหรือสเต็ก ต้องเรียนรู้สูตรและขั้นตอนอย่างละเอียด การจัดเตรียมจานและการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของออเดอร์ทำให้พนักงานมีความรับผิดชอบมากขึ้น รวมถึงการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความสะอาด เช่น การใส่ที่คลุมผมและการทำความสะอาดมือบ่อยๆ เป็นสิ่งที่ช่วยป้องกันอุบัติเหตุและรักษาคุณภาพอาหาร ทั้งนี้ การทำงานกับทีมที่มีความเอาใจใส่ซึ่งกันและกันช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศที่ดีในการทำงาน ถึงแม้บางครั้งจะมีความเหนื่อยหรือความท้อใจ แต่การมีพี่ๆ เพื่อนร่วมงานที่คอยช่วยเหลือและให้คำแนะนำเป็นแรงสนับสนุนที่ดีมาก สุดท้าย แม้จะมีปัจจัยอย่างสภาพแวดล้อมและนโยบายบริษัทที่อาจทำให้บางทีกดดันหรือไม่เป็นธรรม แต่ประสบการณ์ตรงนี้ก็สอนให้เราเข้าใจการทำงานร้านอาหารอย่างแท้จริง และช่วยให้ตัดสินใจเรื่องงานในอนาคตได้อย่างมีเหตุผลมากขึ้นค่ะ สำหรับใครที่กำลังสนใจงานพาร์ทไทม์ในร้านอาหาร โดยเฉพาะตำแหน่งครัว แนะนำให้ลองหาข้อมูลและเตรียมความพร้อมให้ดี ทั้งเรื่องเอกสาร ชุดเครื่องแต่งกาย และทักษะการทำงานในครัว จะช่วยให้การทำงานราบรื่นและสนุกมากขึ้นแน่นอนค่ะ
