หลายคนทักมาถามว่า “แนะนำเอเจนซี่เรียนต่อจีน” ควรเลือกยังไงให้ไม่เจอปัญหาตอนอยู่จริง เราเลยสรุปเป็นเช็กลิสต์แบบที่ตอนแรกเราอยากให้มี (โดยเฉพาะคนที่ภาษาจีนยังไม่แข็ง) จะได้เทียบเอเจนซี่เรียนต่อจีนแต่ละเจ้าได้ชัดๆ และลดความเสี่ยงเรื่องงานเอกสาร/ที่พัก/การดูแลหน้างาน 1) ขอ “ขอบเขตงาน” เป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร อย่าเชื่อคำว่า “ดูแลครบ” เฉยๆ ให้ถามเลยว่าครอบคลุมอะไรบ้าง เช่น รับที่สนามบินไหม พาไปลงทะเบียนเรียนกี่วัน ช่วยเปิดซิม/เปิดบัญชีธนาคารไหม ช่วยทำ Residence Permit หรือแค่พาไปยื่นเอกสาร ถ้าเกิดเอกสารมีปัญหาใครเป็นคนตามให้ และมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มหรือเปล่า 2) สัดส่วนคนดูแลต่อเด็ก สำคัญมาก บางที่คนดูแล 1 คนต้องดูหลายคน วันลงทะเบียนอาจเจอกันแค่แป๊บเดียว ถ้าคุณไม่ได้ภาษาจีน ให้ถามว่า “มีล่ามไทยประจำเมือง/ประจำมหาลัยไหม” และ “ถ้าเจอเหตุฉุกเฉินติดต่อได้กี่โมง” อันนี้ช่วยชีวิตจริง โดยเฉพาะช่วงแรกๆ ที่ยังงงทางเข้าออกมหาลัย/จุดลงทะเบียน 3) เรื่องหอพัก: เช็คราคา + ค่านายหน้า + ค่าส่วนกลางให้ชัด เอเจนซี่บางเจ้าอาจมีลิสต์หอให้ แต่ราคาสูงเพราะรวมค่านายหน้าหรือบวกค่าบริการแล้ว ให้ขอรายละเอียดเป็นรายบรรทัด (ค่าเช่า/มัดจำ/ค่าส่วนกลาง/ค่านายหน้า/ค่าเน็ต/ค่าน้ำไฟ) และขอรูป-พิกัดจริง จะได้รู้ว่าใกล้รถไฟใต้ดิน ห้าง โซนของกินไหม เพราะทำเลมีผลกับค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือนมาก 4) เช็คลิสต์เอกสารที่เอเจนซี่ “ต้องส่งให้” ก่อนบิน อย่างน้อยควรได้ไฟล์/ลิงก์เหล่านี้: ขั้นตอนลงทะเบียนเรียน, แผนที่เข้าเมือง+เข้ามหาลัย, ที่อยู่สถานที่ตรวจสุขภาพ/โรงพยาบาล, ขั้นตอนทำวีซ่า/Residence Permit, เบอร์ติดต่อคนดูแลและเวลาทำการ ถ้าเอเจนซี่ให้ไม่ได้ตั้งแต่ก่อนบิน แปลว่าหน้างานอาจต้องพึ่งตัวเองสูง 5) เปรียบเทียบราคาแบบเทียบสิ่งที่ได้จริง บางคนโดนค่าดำเนินการหลักหมื่นถึงเกือบแสน แต่บางที่ถูกกว่าเยอะ ให้เทียบ “บริการเท่ากันไหม” ไม่งั้นจะเหมือนถูกแต่ต้องทำเองเกือบหมด แล้วเสียเวลา/เสียค่าเดินทางเพิ่ม 6) ทางเลือกที่น่าสนใจ: ให้รุ่นพี่/เด็กเก่ามหาลัยช่วย ข้อดีคือได้ทริคชีวิตจริง เช่น วิธีต่อรองหอ วิธีเดินเรื่องในเมืองนั้นๆ และแนะนำจุดสำคัญใกล้ที่เรียน แต่ก็ต้องยอมรับว่าความเป็นระบบอาจไม่เท่าบริษัทใหญ่ๆ ดังนั้นถ้าเลือกแนวนี้ ให้ตกลงขอบเขตงานและค่าตอบแทนชัดๆ เหมือนกัน สุดท้าย ถ้าจะให้สรุปแบบคนเคยเจอมาแล้ว: ก่อนเลือกเอเจนซี่เรียนต่อจีน ให้คุยอย่างน้อย 2–3 เจ้า ขอรายการบริการเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร และถามเคส “ถ้าเกิดปัญหา” ให้หมดตั้งแต่ยังไม่จ่ายเงิน จะช่วยลดโอกาสที่ไปถึงจีนแล้วต้องแก้ทุกอย่างเองแบบวุ่นๆ ค่ะ
