wfh vlog 🤓: yoga, work, dessert!
back w a lil cutesy n simple diml vlog~ (that the clock app saw first hehe) 🧘♀️🍨🍽️💕
yoga 📍yoga movement
work 📍in office hahaha
sweet treat 📍apiary (i love their blue milk gelato frrrr)
here’s a mini tutorial on how i made the ‘template’ for the intro!
- firstly i found images i liked (n fit the aesthetics of the vlog) on pinterest
- upload them into canva, use the background remover function to turn them into ‘stickers’
- played around w the sizes n positioning until i was satisfied, along w the fonts n text i wanted to include for the intro
- once done, download the picture with transparent background so that the whole thing (your texts and the floating elements around it) is a sticker
- back in capcut, press overlay and select your image and it should directly appear as a sticker over your video (don’t use the sticker function because it’ll reduce the quality of the image)
(this all sounds v complicated but to me it’s easier to edit on canva first than to do everything in capcut)
side note::: the way our work timings n wfh arrangements r rly just suggestions atp HAHAHA eternally grateful for such a flexi work culture tho <3
During my work-from-home days, I find that starting with yoga really sets a positive tone for the rest of my day. Yoga Movement's power flow sequence helps me stay energized and focused. I love how this blends well with balancing my office tasks, even when shifting between working remotely and going back to the office occasionally. For me, having a sweet treat like the blue milk gelato from Apiary adds a special touch of joy to the day. It’s not just about dessert—it feels like a well-deserved reward that keeps me motivated. Creating engaging video content is a fun hobby too! Using Pinterest to find aesthetic images that match my vibe, then editing them into stickers on Canva before overlaying in CapCut, makes my vlogs more personalized and visually appealing. Even though it sounds complicated, this process actually streamlines my editing and maintains high image quality. I’m also grateful for flexible work arrangements that allow me to switch up my routine based on my mood and productivity levels. This balance between wellness, work, and small pleasures truly enhances my daily experience during these times.
