RIP GRANDPA 🤍🕊️
I want to share a dream I had it’s so beautiful 🥹 I would love to believe that what I dreamt was my grandpa “speaking to me” there were no words but symbols ➡️ a dove 🕊️, coughing man, and a hand doing a knocking motion✊.
Okay so Sunday March 9th 2025 in the a.m I was vivid dreaming 😴 but I kept glitching myself out of the dream bc I wasn’t in the mood to vivid dream but I kept getting glitched in, so I stopped fighting it and just let it happen I was in “my home” but it wasn’t my home. I was in my living room and decided to go to the bathroom and I saw my aunt who used to live in da U.S but she is now living in Mexico 🇲🇽 and I saw her in da bathroom bathing my baby cousin and I was confused so I asked her “what are you doing here?” “Why are you here?” She then said “wdym?everyone is here” and I said “everyone!?” So I ran out the bathroom towards the living room and started screaming “GRANDPA, GRANDPA! WHERE ARE YOU!! WHERE ARE YOU GRANDPA! I DONT SEE YOU” i immediately started crying 😭 I felt my dream setting vanishing and I was in darkness with only the couch left, i sat down in the couch 🛋️ closed my eyes and was just balling my eyes out when i felt peace and i started seeing the symbols (my eyes were still closed though) it was more than those 3 symbols but i only remember those 3 i interpreted them as the dove 🕊️ meaning he is in peace 😭🥹 and the coughing as in he was really sick when he passed 😭😭💔 and the knocking motion symbol im not sure what that means😭 im still in so much shock bc it was so vivid and so beautiful. My words do do justice to how beautiful the dream and the feeling was 😭 what do guys think it means? What what u interpret the knocking motion to mean? Let me know I would love to know your thoughts and opinions. ❤️#dreamed #surreal #soemotional #grandpa #vividdreaming
Dreams often hold deep meanings, acting as a bridge between our subconscious and conscious thoughts. In many cultures, symbols in dreams are interpreted individually, reflecting personal feelings and experiences. The dove can be seen as a sign of peace, representing tranquility after loss. The coughing man symbolizes the struggle and suffering associated with illness, suggesting that the dreamer remembers their grandparent's final days with empathy. The knocking motion might represent a call for attention or a message from beyond. This can indicate a desire to communicate, reaffirm love, or offer guidance. The intertwining of family images—like the author's aunt bathing a cousin—serves to deepen the connection to family while in a dream state. Vivid dreaming can often feel overwhelming, where emotions run high, reflecting a need for closure or understanding of one's grief. Engaging with friends or community about these dreams can further enhance interpretation. Discussing personal dreams and their symbols can lead to cathartic conversations, helping individuals process their emotions about lost loved ones. If you’ve experienced similar dreams, consider sharing your story to provide support and connection to those who may be navigating their grief as well. Reflexive discussions can also open avenues for deeper understanding of loss and love.
