Discover the power of sea moss! 🌊🍇🌱
I buy Seamoss from my local Sprouts store and make my own gel at home instead of buying the premade gel.
1. Rinse your seamoss with water and add 1 cup of water per 1 cup of Seamoss for 12-24 hours in water and let it soak.
(Seamoss will expand in size after 12 hours)
2. After 12/24 hours take Seamoss and rinse again while saving the water that it was being soaked in and put in a blender.
3. Blend until a gel like paste forms and put in a GLASS jar to sit in the fridge overnight.

Sea moss, rich in antioxidants and nutrients, has gained popularity as a superfood for good reason. It is high in iodine, essential for thyroid function, and contains various vitamins that support immune health, easy digestion, and heart function. As an excellent source of fiber, sea moss helps foster a healthy gut microbiome, promoting beneficial bacteria and digestive wellness. Notably, sea moss may enhance energy levels and uplift mood thanks to vitamin B6, which plays a pivotal role in brain development and function. Additionally, applying sea moss to your skin and hair can enhance hydration and nourishment, leaving you with a glowing appearance. Whether consumed as gel or ingredient in smoothies and other recipes, its versatility makes it easy to incorporate into your daily diet. Always choose high-quality, wild-harvested sea moss to ensure you're getting the best nutrients, and remember to rinse it properly before use!
