What I Eat in a Day (As a Teenager)
What I ate this week (excluding dinners):
Monday:
Lunch - PB fit powder peanut butter and celery
Snack - nuts
Tuesday:
Breakfast/snack - spinach, mango, collagen smoothie (this was amazing)
Lunch - Celery and crackers with mustard and cottage cheese (I swear it’s good)
Snack - Nuts 🥜
Thursday:
Breakfast - Matcha green tea and mint chlorophyll 🌱
Lunch - English muffin egg and cheese sandwich + more eggs and celery with Parmesan garlic sauce (the sauce is so good and less calories than lite ranch)
Snack - Blackberries and lemon collagen water 🍋
Friday:
Lunch - raisin English muffin and celery with garlic Parmesan sauce (trust me on the sauce)
Snack - blackberries
