Quick Seafood dinner!

Are yall ready for a "sheet pan dinner" I love a good seafood boil, but I don't have time for that during the week. So here is a Easy & Cheaper way for a quick fix to the craving! I cut up one orange, red, yellow, and green pepper, 5-6 yellow potatoes, 2 fresh or frozen corn, and Kielbasa sausage. Throw these in a pan with old bay season and a stick of butter. Pop in a 400 degree oven.

Time varies on this with how big your potatoes are the smaller they are the quicker it cooks. Toss 2-4 times during the process so nothing burns and the corn and potatoes get done and get coated in the buttery goodness. Cook until potatoes are tender. I prefer uncooked shrimp but I was in a hurry and grabbed already cooked. Throw them in and mix well place back in the oven for 3-5 mins until they are warm. Take out of the oven, plate and enjoy!

This style of cooking allows you to combine proteins and vegetables for a no-fuss, one-pan meal. Common seafood options include shrimp, salmon, or even crab, which can easily be paired with colorful veggies like bell peppers, zucchini, or asparagus. To elevate your seafood dish, consider marinating the shrimp in olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic before cooking. This adds a zesty flavor that pairs beautifully with the buttery vegetables. If you prefer your proteins with a bit more kick, experimenting with different spices, such as Cajun seasoning or Old Bay, can create a uniquely savory experience. For quicker preparation, use pre-cut veggies or frozen options to save time. Just remember to adjust the cooking times accordingly to ensure everything is perfectly cooked. Serve your sheet pan seafood hot, drizzling with additional lemon juice or a sprinkle of fresh herbs before plating for a fresh finish. This quick and nutritious meal is not only convenient to prepare but also offers a well-balanced option for your busy weeknights.
