Bach weekend day ✌🏻
-Brunch at Clarys
-Stroll and games in Forsyth Park
Planning a bachelorette weekend in Savannah? Oh, you are in for such a treat! Savannah has this incredible charm that makes it absolutely perfect for a memorable bach bash. From its historic squares to its vibrant food scene, there’s truly something for every group, and our recent trip was a testament to that. Our day started with an absolute must: brunch at Clarys. Trust me, you don't want to skip this! I'm still dreaming about *that chicken sandwich with melted cheese and bacon*. It was perfectly crispy, gooey, and utterly satisfying. Served with a side of crinkle-cut fries and a dollop of *ketchup*, it was the ideal fuel for a day of exploring. The atmosphere at Clarys is so welcoming and chic – it’s the kind of place where you can relax, laugh, and really connect with your friends over fantastic food. Make sure to book ahead, especially if you have a larger group, as it's a popular spot! After brunch, we headed straight to Forsyth Park, and it was everything I hoped for and more. The wide view of the park, with its sprawling green spaces and majestic oak trees draped in Spanish moss, is just breathtaking. We found a lovely spot to spread out our blue blanket on the grassy lawn and indulged in some silly group games we brought along. It was pure joy, just soaking up the sun and enjoying each other's company. Of course, no visit to Forsyth Park is complete without a stop at the *iconic fountain*. It’s absolutely stunning! We spent quite a bit of time posing for photos in front of it, especially when it was *actively spraying water*. The way it gleams against the backdrop of all that lush green foliage makes for the most incredible pictures. It’s perfect for those group shots that you’ll cherish forever. Beyond the fountain, the park is great for a leisurely stroll, people-watching, or even finding a quiet bench for a heart-to-heart. For those looking to expand beyond brunch and the park, Savannah offers so much more for a bach weekend. Consider a spooky ghost tour in the evening – it's a classic Savannah experience and a fun way to bond. River Street is buzzing with shops, bars, and restaurants, perfect for an evening out. You could also explore the charming boutiques on Broughton Street, or even take a short drive to Tybee Island for a relaxing beach day. We found that balancing planned activities with some free time for spontaneous adventures worked best for our group. Overall, Savannah truly delivers for an unforgettable bachelorette celebration!
