The views of spring 🌿
Dear spring,
I use to dislike you . I use to look forward to the next season . I would look past you as if you never existed and for that, I’m sorry.
I see , hear and feel you now. I cherish the sounds I hear when the birds wake up, I embrace the sun whenever it shines on me and i never miss a chance to smell the aroma of the trees and flowers surrounding our home.
I go to renaissance fairs , I wear corsets and dresses whenever I feel is right (everyday ) and I drink tea when I read my books. The memories i have tied to this season make me feel .. like I can breathe . Like I am alive ? Very weird feeling but a great one at that.
The slowness you bring , spring , is something I will never take for granted again .
