This made me realize that improving circulation and lymphatic flow in the fascia directly improved my skin’s absorption of skincare products and helped reduce swelling. One simple way to care for your facial fascia at home is by incorporating gentle massage techniques using upward strokes. This not only stimulates lymphatic drainage but also helps relax tight fascia that can cause stiff expressions. Hydrating properly and avoiding excessive sugar intake also support fascia health, since sugar accelerates inflammation affecting collagen and the fascia’s elasticity.
