I started my healing and growing Journey in 2024 when I was at my lowest. I told myself I have daughters watching me and must pick myself up and work on myself! Started therapy the same year, and started praying and talking to God more. I also learned to understand myself and learned to give myself grace and compassion. Sometimes we can be our own worst critics and that’s not healthy at all! Once you can pour into yourself, you will be able to be the best version of yourself for your kids or loved ones.
