Cappuccino coffee (Cappuccino) is a drink with a compelling story and unique culture, both in its history, ingredients and drinking customs.
The origin of the name ☕ "cappuccino" comes from the Italian meaning "small hat" or "headscarf" (cappuccio).
Color of drink: The color of cappuccino coffee, mixed between concentrated espresso and an off-white milk bubble, is similar in color to the color of the long robe (habit) of the Franciscan order priest, the Capuchin friars branch in Italy.
Origins in Vienna: A drink ancestral to cappuccino originated in coffee houses at Vienna in the 17th century, called "Kapuziner," which is German for cappuchin, and may have originally also been added with cream or spices.

Most Italians will only drink cappuccino as the first drink of the day at breakfast, often paired with pastries.
And it's very strange to order a cappuccino after lunch or dinner, because it's believed that large amounts of milk interfere with the digestive system. If they want coffee after a meal, they choose a small shot of espresso instead. ☕️
