Remember it because the muscles are showing off! 💪
For those who are dedicated to physical activity, the acquired muscles are not just a matter of health, but a reward of effort. Therefore, it is not uncommon for us to keep a picture of success as a memorial. I have four cool postures that are easy to follow.
1. Selfie pose in front of the mirror
A classic posture that will never fall because it can best show the width of the shoulder and the thickness of the upper muscles.
Posting Method: Stand in front of a mirror at an angle where light shines towards yourself, slightly raise your arms to accentuate the biseps and triceps muscles.
Tip: Try flexing your muscles slightly when pressing the shutter to see your muscle contrast more clearly.
2. Posture while exercising
This pose will feel strong and powerful. Doesn't look like too much of a pose.
Posting method: Shoot when you are lifting the dumbbell, pulling the player, or resting between sets.
Tip: Taken from a slightly low angle to highlight the upper range body looking bigger, and use the player as a backdrop to increase reliability.
3. Side facing position showing arc arc
If you want to show the muscles on the side of the torso, this is the answer.
Pose Method: Stand slightly side-facing. Pose like looking forward but slightly side-facing to emphasize the jaw line.
Tip: Strain the abdomen slightly to clearly see the abdomen and muscles on the side of the torso.
4. Posture after exercise
It is a tired but energetic gesture and shows the results of true dedication.
How to post: Sit and rest on a bench, lean against a wall, or put a bottle of water next to it.
Tip: Take when the sweat is sweating a little. It will help the photo look more natural and lively.
Gym photography is not just a show-off, but a record of your progress. Don't hesitate to share your success.
