Coming into 2025 and this @Gymshark challenge, my only Goal was just to 'Stick to the Plan!' 📆

Since July of 2024 l've been working on a set of SYSTEMS to help me progress in my journey to becoming the best version of myself. And this is all revolved around 'CONSISTENCY' 🔁

It's honestly nothing fancy & gets pretty redundant, maybe even boring at times. But it's what we do despite how we feel that makes all the difference. 💪🏼
