A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara

Absolutely devastating. The development of all the characters and how their relationships evolve and form into something so deep. Jude's life is a series of tragedies that are so heartbreaking, that anytime something else pops up you find yourself thinking "how much more can one person take?" His relationships with Willem, Harold, Andy and JB, everybody.... Beautiful and so sad. Matt Bomer did an incredible job narrating this story and truly making you feel every emotion. Don't let the length of this book intimidate you, it is 100% worth it. The audiobook seemed a lot less daunting than the physical copy so that's what I decided to do. Nearly 29 hours of listening and it is one of those books that will just stay with you the rest of your life.
