This works for me because it’s minimal prep and I’m a busy trainer in NYC who doesn’t like to cook or have time to🤭

I measure portion sizes based on MY macro needs, which is why I didn’t say the portion sizes in the pics. This is just for INSPO. If you need help figuring out your macros, lmk 🙂‍↕️

we could eat the same foods, everyday and still look completely different. Just want to give some meal inspo and show you that eating in a deficit doesn’t have to be hard, fancy or complicated 🥺

Full day of eating! In a calorie deficit
For the past year, I’ve had a terrible relationship with food. When I’m sad, I eat. Mad? I eat. Just got paid? I eat! Lol It’s terrible. I’ve gained over 30lbs and I am so disappointed in myself but I am going to get it together! I think if I journal my food and share it, it will keep me motivated.
