A quick and easy Asian-inspired shrimp salad
Asian Shrimp Salad Recipe
Servings: 4-6
Ingredients:
1. 1 bag of frozen shrimp, thawed
2. 2 tablespoons butter
3. 2 bags of Asian salad kits ( discard dressing and croutons/wonton strips)
4. 1/4 cup G Hughes teriyaki sauce
Instructions:
1. Cook the shrimp in a large skillet with butter over medium-high heat until pink and fully cooked.
2. Add the contents of the two Asian salad kits (cabbage, carrots, etc.) to the skillet with the cooked shrimp.
3. Drizzle the G Hughes teriyaki sauce over the top and mix everything together until the cabbage is slightly softened.
4. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
