Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small head of cauliflower, grated or riced
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
