INGREDIENTS :
3 chicken breast cubed
G Hughes Teriyaki Sauce
1 onion diced
2 peppers diced
small head Broccoli
6-8 Mushrooms sliced
2 tbs garlic minced
4 tbs butter cut into pieces to top with before cooking
2 tbs minced ginger
S&p to taste
INSTRUCTIONS :
Marinate chicken in G Hughes for 1-2 hours.
Then mix veggies and chicken with additional Marinade. Just judge how much you prefer.
Stir in ginger and garlic.
Add salt & pepper.
Once in baking dish top with butter.
Bake 400* for 45minutes to an hour.
