Strain this juice through a mesh sieve to remove the fiber.

Add more water, if you find the juice thick.

Transfer to glasses and serve with ice and mint sprig.

Top Tips:

Chill the pineapple – If you want to serve instant cold pineapple juice, the real trick is to chill the pineapple (whole or in chunks) in the fridge before juicing.

Prep the pineapple ahead – You can cut the pineapple into wedges, chunks, or cubes and store it in the refrigerator a few hours before actually making the juice.

By doing so, you can have instant pineapple juice later in the day.

Use a sharp knife to cut the pineapple - Otherwise, it can be a challenge to skin. Plus, it’s handy if you are not using a corer.

Sweetener – Sometimes the pineapples are sweet enough that you will not need a sweetener. Always taste and gauge if you need to add sugar or honey.

Always strain – Pineapples tend to have a lot of little fibers that get in the way of smooth juice. Hence, I always prefer to strain them before serving.

Pineapple Juice Variations:

Add a pinch of salt and pepper right after juicing to enhance the flavor.

Stir in a few fresh basil leaves for a refreshing twist.

Try black salt or Himalayan pink salt instead of regular salt.
